Lead programme

BVB-101

BVB-101 is a bispecific antibody engineered to simultaneously engage a tumour-associated antigen and a co-stimulatory immune receptor, enabling conditional immune activation within the tumour microenvironment.

Preclinical data demonstrate strong selectivity, dose-dependent tumour regression in relevant in vivo models, and a developability profile suitable for GMP manufacturing. The programme is currently advancing through IND-enabling studies in partnership with selected CROs and CDMOs.
